This is an easy read with lots of relevant information for today's learners. Great for a first time instructor transitioning from face-to-face to virtual classroom!

I consider this a must-read for anyone who is teaching online. Both newbies and more seasoned online instructors will learn from this book. If your institution is planning to put courses (or a department) online, read this first. You'll avoid many common missteps.

Required textbook for course.

This text has a considerable amount of useful information, but you have to dig for it a bit. It may have been a better work if it were organized differently.
