I bought the first version 35 years ago, when my parents were the aging ones. I was lazy & put off reading it until "someday." Big mistake. Now I AM the "aging parent", & I finally got around to reading it, & I WISH I had read it 35 years ago, it would have made both my life AND my parents MUCH EASIER. It is extremely thorough in describing the social, financial & family issues involved in caring for elderly relatives, usually (but not always) parents. It is not a question of IF you will have these concerns in the future (whether for your parents or yourself), but WHEN, so the sooner you read this (& probably some others after you find what some of the major issues are), the better prepared you will be for the inevitable. I bought multiple copies for our children, in hopes they will learn from my experience.

Great perspective on relationship issues. Glad I bought it.

Everyone should read this book. They give an excellent lay of the land and help the reader understand the basic issues.

This book is an excellent read for those dealing with aging parents, regardless whether it's going well or not. Lots of great insights into the aging process and the mental and emotional issues involved as well, for all parties involved.Lots of excellent advice and information about organizations, etc., that can provide help and support for your family and your parents.It would be a good read even if your parents are only in their 50s or 60s, to help prepare you for what's coming. But it pretty much a "must read" for those whose parents are in their 70s or older.

If you want to feel young, go out and do something you've been wanting to do for yourself. Want to feel responsible, pick this up. Lots of tips about what you're going to do to keep on top of matters as the folks become like you will right behind them. Warning: By looking at this book on amazon, you'll end up with the most sobering home page suggestions. Read the book if you need to, but then go find a cd or dvd for yourself.

Boy did I need this book. My Grandmother was getting older and I didn't know what to do and this book gave me a lot of advice on how to help her grow old her way, with a little help from me. It's not easy to admit that you need help, but it's nice to know that you get some of the answers from a book that someone took the time to write.

I bought the book as a reference text, but became engrossed in the book. It is much more substantive than anything else I have seen on the market. I can't recommend it enough to anyone who is an Adult Child with Aging parents.

This book is a first rate essential one to have if one has an aging parent or, indeed, is fast becoming one. I can't think of anything they missed or glossed over. And it is very well written to boot!

I bought this entire series of Coloring Book(s) for Teens (Volumes 1-8) for my granddaughter, who is in the 7th grade. I had forgotten (or never experienced?) all the stress associated with being a middle-schooler these days. The situations and treatment she receives at school would cause a mature adult a high level of stress. After receiving the books and using them for some time now, she has reported a definite decrease in her stress level, and I can also see that reflected in her calmer demeanor. These books are not only well-done and and artfully put together, but they really are "anti-stress", just as the title says. Buy them all!!

My granddaughter loved the coloring book even though she's 10 but she likes to De-stress and this is a great way for her to do it. She loved a lot of the illustrations, but some of the pages had illustrations that didn't really match the theme of the book. That's why she has rated it a four star .

A family I used to babysit for, invited me to dinner recently. I wanted to bring the kids (who are teenagers now) a gift. Since I've gotten into the world of adult coloring myself, I thought this would be a perfect gift for them. Let me tell you; they loved this coloring book! They couldn't put these coloring books for teens down!! I didn't know they made them for teens until recently, but they sure did love them.

Very fun! I bought this for my daughter, and she loves it, but I think I have colored in it as much as she has. Good quality, great pictures for coloring.

Designs are pretty simple, but still nice.

Everyone loved it!

So I wanted a simple tracker to keep track of bills, amounts that I pay on different dates. I found that others online looked a bit too complicated & didn't have what I really wanted. I also saw there were absolutely no pictures in some reviews so I included some, hopefully they will help. It also has a calendar/planner, a section towards the back for notes which I like. And the outside cover is matte. So far I am pleased with this organizer!

I love this, I love being able to list all of my bills and payments on one page. Plenty of room to add my notes. Wouldn't mind a designated column for adding the payment confirmation codes. And maybe a spiral notebook making it easier to write on the back pages. The spine makes it hard to lie flat and write easily

The notebook has been beyond helpful to me personally only thing I wish is there were more pages that have lists for bills which is what I needed it for. About half of the book is blank pages for ‘notes’ which I don’t need.

Omg I love this bill organizer!! I have so much to keep track of paying and personal events to keep up with so this bill organize litterally helps me keep things in order! I highly recommend.

If you have many bills or are very forgetful on which bill is due and when then this is a must have. Has calenders and month pages so it easy to keep up with bills going out.

I enjoy this book. It gives you a lot of freedom to make it personal. I enjoy that the spaces are big so you can write multiple bills in each box.

Don't like having the calendar pages every so often. The one I had last year didn't have it. Still works for me

This took the place of just a tablet of paper I'd use to keep track of everything, and it makes it much easier to figure out how little money I have left after paying bills and groceries. Would recommend
